Phoenix Photography

  Phoenix Photography was given the opportunity to photograph Jimmy and Jordan’s wedding  May 29th, 2010.

 The ceremony was held at the Overland Park Arboritum, perfect surroundings, again – just a little warm – but beautiful.  The bride and bridesmaids got ready in the main building while the groom and groomsmen helped set up the ceremony with the groom’s mom and family.  The ceremony was very impressive in front of the large pond.  Later after the Bride and Groom’s photos in the gardens, we went to the Lenexa Conference Center for thier reception.

Trista and Jason, what a fun, and wonderful couple – we had a blast on their engagement photo shoot and the wedding was just as fun.  They had their first meeting before the ceremony, all the photos in advance of the wedding, and nothing but great fun the rest ofd the day.  Along with Phoenix Photography as the wedding vendors, Marc Oleary was their DJ – and the reception was at Deer Creek golf course.

We are looking forward to them coming back over and over. 

John Phoenix

Our first time to this location, the Lenexa Conference Center for Phoenix Photography and although it was a wet rainy day – the couple was fabulous to work with.  Their décor of Cowboy was to the tee and everyone was excited and in a celebratory spirit.

The day started with the ceremony at the Lenexa Conference Center then everyone went to Garazzio’s for a great Italian meal and social gathering…then back to the reception. 

The wedding cake was wrapped in cow colored frosting and the guests were entertained throughout the evening with fun music and a BBQ food spread. 

All in all everyone was filled with wedding fun.
